Band Step Up Concert

Where

KMS Auditorium

-Date: Thursday, January 18th
-Time: band students arrive at 6:00pm, concert begins at 6:30 (1 hour concert)
-Location: Keene Middle School Auditorium - park in the side parking lot and enter the Theatre/Gym entrance. Band students need to make their way to the band room. Ask someone if you are unsure how to get there in the building - we will try to have someone stationed near the door to collect 5th graders as they come in.
-Dress: Nice clothes. Any color is fine. If you have dress clothes, wear them. If not, wear nice school clothes and avoid rips and stains.
-What to bring: Instrument and Book 1 (1st years) or Book 3 (2nd years)
-We will play: Hot Cross Buns (1st years), Ghost of John (2nd years)
-Order of events: 6:00 arrive and run through music in band room with 8th grade. 6:30 concert starts - 5th graders sit with their instruments in the auditorium to watch the concert. 6th grade band plays , 7th grade band plays, then 5th/8th combined band called up on stage to play, then 5th grade returns to audience to watch 8th grade band. Done!
